How does a refund work?

From the NexiPOS app, only the last transaction made on the same day can be refunded. It’s a card-present transaction, so the card must be tapped on the NFC antenna. For App2App payments, a "Reversal" function allows the same-day last transaction to be refunded, requiring the card to be tapped again.
