Why don’t I receive XPay notifications?
There may be different reasons causing a notification error. The merchant can starts checking:
- Use standard http ports 80 and 443 for the notification URL.
- Use a public certificate (not self-signed) for the notification URL.
- Use a public web page (e.g. not a localhost for staging environment).
- Check the firewall/CDN or other security rules about IP filtering.
