    Why haven't I received any money? I can see several successful transactions in the portal.

    Normally card transactions are first authorized and then charged. This means that when the customer has finished checking out, the money is not withdrawn from the customers account, and is instead only reserved. Normally the charge needs to be done by merchant when sending the goods to the customer, and is done either through our API or our portal. If this is not done within a 30-days period from the authorization, the money will be released and is no longer able to be charged by the merchant.

    The payment reservation is usually valid up to 30 days, you must charge the payment within this time frame. More information about authorization times can be found here.
