    Payment - Receipt handling


    Nexi POS App will generate and send a receipt via SMS-Email in case of:

    • Payment authorized
    • Payment denied
    • Reverse authorized
    • Reverse denied

    If Merchant APP already collects cardholder Email and Phone Number, via App2App integration could be specified data in the fields email and sms of the Payment request.

    Nexi POS will send directly the receipts to the customer and not making other actions in the Nexi POS App.

    Receipt is always managed by Nexi POS App.
