    What do I do if I can't access my account?

    If you are having trouble signing in to your account, you can reset your password by navigating to https://portal.dibspayment.eu/reset-password.

    Enter your registered email address, pass the captcha and click the "Reset password" button. If everything went well you will see a "Success" message. You will then receive an email containing a link to a page where you can set a new password. Please check your spam filter if you have not received the email in your inbox. The reset password link is valid for one hour.
