Does the user need to enter the password for each transaction?
No. Unless the user logs out or uninstalls the app, they will only need to enter credentials when the password expires (every 3 months).
Can I associate 1 TID with multiple user accounts?
Yes, there’s no limit to the number of user accounts that can be associated with a single TID.
Can a user account be associated with 2 TIDs?
Yes, a maximum of 2 TIDs (one SoftPOS and one MobilePOS). You cannot assign 2 SoftPOS TIDs to the same account.
Can I associate a user account with 2 TIDs from different stores?
No. TIDs must be linked to the same store.
How many TIDs can I register under a single store?
It is recommended to register no more than 100 TIDs per store for performance reasons. For more than 100 TIDs, additional stores should be created.

No. Although some iPads have NFC antennas, Apple hasn’t enabled Tap to Pay.
Can users see the transactions made at the store?
No. They can only see the transactions linked to the specific TID they’re assigned to, even if done by another user.
How does a refund work?
From the NexiPOS app, only the last transaction made on the same day can be refunded. It’s a card-present transaction, so the card must be tapped on the NFC antenna.
What operating system is required to use SoftPOS?
Android ≥ 9; iOS ≥ 17.
What language does the NexiPOS support?

Yes. A "last transaction" service exists that allows you to retrieve the payment deeplink.
