    Multi-currency payments

    Introduction

    XPay allows you to operate in 30 countries and settle payments in 12 currencies.

    The country in which it is possible to operate is communicated to the country in which the merchant affiliated with Nexi has its registered office.

    Below is the list of enabled nations and their currencies.

    Euro area countries:

    Liquidation

    Settlement of payments can be made in the following currencies:

    • In EUR (default settlement currency), in the case of conversion from another currency, this takes place before the transfer of the funds. Receipts are credited on the next working day (t+1).
    • In CHF and GBP, direct currency settlement without conversion. Receipts are credited on the next working day (t+1).
    • In BGN, HRK, DKK, NOK, PLN, CZK, RON, SEK, HUF, settlement after currency conversion from the euro. The credit of the collections is intended for the second following working day (t+2), the credit in these currencies is available if the merchant has its registered office in the corresponding countries.
